Fees

Solicitors are obliged, pursuant to Section 68 of the Solicitors Amendment Act, 1998 to give clients written details with regard to their fees and outlays at the outset of any transactions.

Each case is different and obviously the fees arising in relation to each matter will vary greatly.

At the initial consultation, the issue of fees will be discussed in full with the client and at a later date, a full detailed letter giving an estimate as required by the legislation will be forwarded to the client.
