Civil Litigation / Personal Injury*

On many occasions on a day-to-day basis, people may find themselves in situations where they need advice on what action they can take in relation to incidents in which they have become involved, for example, a car accident resulting in personal injury, a dispute with a neighbour or an accident at work.
